Oracle Instant Portal is an application that was built using a subset of OracleAS Portal technology. While Oracle Instant Portal provides a preconfigured portal that enables users to publish and share information with no development expertise required, OracleAS Portal provides an extensible portal framework for developing your company’s Web presence. Both features are included in Oracle Application Server 10g Standard Edition One.
