A. MicroFIT is a green energy program developed by Ontario Government with the Ontario Power Authority. The MicroFIT program is for projects under 10 kW and the FIT program over 10kW. The MicroFIT program is a 20-year contract with the OPA where they will pay you 80.2¢ for every kilowatt of solar electricity you produce and feed into the grid.
