What is Onsen Technique?
This one on one private service includes all the equipment needed for each session. You will learn excellent exercise technique, training programs and exercise tips. You will learn how to warm up properly, the importance of cardiovascular and muscular training and you will learn safe, effective exercises for your stomach, back, legs and arms. You will also learn how avoid injury by cooling down and stretching effectively. Your trainer will help you set and attain your goals and stay motivated along the way. You will gain more energy, feel confident and look better everyday.
