What is one-touch access and how do I set it up?
With one-touch access, you can skip entering your passcode every time you access voicemail from your phone. To set it up, press and hold the voicemail button on your phone for a couple of seconds. Once you’re in voicemail, press 3 (personal options) and then 2 (administrative options). Listen for the one-touch access prompt. Press 1 to turn one-touch access on or off.
