The CMM exam is an “open book” and “open notes” exam. That means you can use all the notes/resources you have with you to complete the exam. It is composed of essay questions and asks you to answer questions as they apply to your organization/business situation. The exam does not look for memorization of definitions or formulas, but seeks to test your ability to apply new knowledge and skills to your own reality. Attendees take the exam online within one week following the program.
