On-Peak is the hours between 7am and 11pm inclusive, prevailing Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except for NERC -defined holidays. Off-Peak period is the hours between 11pm and 7am, prevailing Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday, and NERC – defined holidays.
