What is Omega 3 and is it to be found in tuna?
OMEGA 3 are fatty acids which may prevent cardiovascular and coronary diseases, to say nothing of the fact that they play a fundamental role in the cerebral development of humans and may also have a preventive effect as regards many other disturbances. If we eat more fish or dietetically similar products, our Omega 3 intake will be boosted. The main sources of OMEGA 3 fatty acids are in fact fish (salmon, herring, mackerel, sardines, tuna) and fish oil.
