What is OM Group’s dividend policy or buyback program?
We do not currently pay dividends or have a buyback program, and we plan no change to this policy in the foreseeable future. We believe the best use of our cash is to create additional shareholder value by growing the enterprise through continued product innovation and an aggressive acquisition strategy. We expect to add businesses and niche products or applications that leverage our core competencies, diversify our revenue streams, broaden our geographic footprint, and expand or deepen our market penetration. 4.
