What is olive oil and why it is better that seeds oil?
Olive oil is a vegetable oil extracted from the olive fruit. It is the only commercially edible oil that is obtained by squeezing the olives without further processing or heat. Seed oils are extracted from various types of seeds with solvents and goes through a series of chemical and heat processes that destroys the good nutrients coming from the seeds. Some seeds oil are extracted mechanically using the expeller method. This process alters the oil because seeds are heated up. This kind of seeds oil is usually offered at quite a price and frauds are common.
