What is Office Pro’s return policy?
All returned merchandise must be in original packaging, along with manuals, cords, accessories, parts, etc., and original receipt. Items missing voids refund. • Returns less than 30 days from purchase: 100% refund via gift card or account credit. • Returns 30-60- days from purchase: 75% refund via gift card or account credit. • Returns over 60 days from date of purchase: No refund. • Laser & Printer cartridges that are opened: These are considered “used” and are not returnable. • All special orders (i.e., non-stock merchandise, special finishes & sizes, new & used panel systems, etc.: Not returnable-no credit will be issued. • Delivery and pick-up charges are non-refundable.
