What is Oddworld 4/Steefs Oddysee/Stranger all about?
Stranger is the latest development from Oddworld Inhabitants, featuring the titular character, a member of a noble species called Steef, whose role in the rural suburbs of Mudos is to hunt bounty, the capture of which he is paid in Moolah for. The game has a strong Western feel to it, and gameplay will be based more on exploration and shooting, rather than the timing and puzzle-solving of previous adventures, although once again non violent alternatives are frequently available. The game features a completely new cast, which includes a vast number of humanoid creatures, many of which are much more agile and muscular than past characters, Stranger included.
