What is OCR TIFF?
A tagged image file format, better known as TIFF, is unique in that it appears as text or a readable document to us while it merely remains an image to a computer. Without OCR TIFF, a computer cannot understand the content of the text in the document, making it difficult to perform text searches. OCR TIFF allows users to have pages of formerly image-only TIFF documents at hand ready to search and save time with its searchable format.
