What is OCR Scan?
Convenience is a major advantage of using and sharing PDF files with others. While we may all be able to open PDF files, its not so easy to search their text without the help of OCR scan. If you are looking to find a single word in a non-OCRed PDF document, you would have to read the entire document, which takes time and energy, unless you used OCR scan. OCR scan allows users to generate PDF documents that are comprehensible to the computer and thereby becomes a searchable form of the document.
