A MSEL is a collection of prescripted events intended to guide an exercise toward specific outcomes. NxMSEL was developed by the Information Assurance Technology Analysis Center (IATAC) in support of U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM) and selected by the Joint Staff as the joint exercise control tool of choice.
