WHAT IS NSOLI℠?
The National Society Of Legal Investigators℠ is an American service alliance/association of special investigative professionals who are exempt from state licensing and/or registration and regulation because they work exclusively for a licensed and practicing attorney or a law firm. They are employed by attorneys and are thereby supervised by attorneys and their investigative activities are directed by and restricted to matters involving and affecting the attorney(s) client’s cases, whether of a civil or criminal nature.
