A. Air transportation is not included. Air travel may be purchased at the prevailing rate plus taxes and fees or by redeeming additional points. The cardholder is also responsible for any government taxes, surcharges, rental car insurance, additional driver fees, under-age driver fees, airport taxes, fees in general and gratuities.
