What is not included in the IntegraMed Attain IVF Refund Program fee?
Fees not included in the Attain IVF Refund cost are: * Prescreening tests and initial consultation * Medications (for yourself, or for your donor – should you use donor egg or a surrogate) * All donor screening fees, recruitment costs and donor compensation * Cryopreservation and storage of excess embryos (should there be any) * Blastocycst culture and/or assisted hatching, if necessary, are not included Although the costs associated with the initial freezing and storing of excess embryos are not included in the Attain IVF Refund fee, the cost of thawing and transferring these embryos is included.
