A. Air travel to/from the point of origin and/or destination is not included in the redemption. Air travel may be purchased at the prevailing rate or by redeeming additional points. The passenger is also responsible for any government taxes and fees, surcharges, rental car insurance, additional driver fees, under-age driver fees, airport taxes, and gratuities to drivers, housekeepers, baggage handlers, and other service individuals.
