You understand and agree that our instant criminal record check does not include records that are or have been sealed and/or expunged. Juvenile records are not covered. If crimes were committed before the age of 18, they will not show up in your search results, even if the subject is now over the age of 18. Arrest Records plus Warrants are not covered, and will not appear in our database and/or your search results.
