What is Northeast Louisiana Celtic Festival all about?

0

The NELA Celtic Festival is the creation of Doyle and Yvette Jeter, publicans of Enoch’s Irish Pub in Monroe. Great supporters of the arts and community, as well as fans of Irish and Celtic culture, they saw the need for a home grown event to promote awareness and appreciation of the Celtic culture in Louisiana and the region.
