NEAP is a collaboration between eight ANS Providers; Denmark (Naviair), Estonia (EANS), Finland (Finavia), Iceland (ISAVIA), Ireland (IAA), Latvia (LGS), Norway (Avinor) and Sweden (LFV). Six of these providers agreed in august 2006 (IAA joined in later) to co-operate within the scope of the Nordic ATM Service concept. It was also agreed set up a governance structure with the aim of ensuring added value for the Air Transport System in the region.
