What is NLP (neuro-linguistics programming)?
NLP is a model of communication and personality. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a set of techniques for quickly and effectively altering patterns of thought, behavior and language. Founded in the 1970’s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, NLP provides you with specific, learnable skills which can show you how to improve your level of performance, resolve sources of tension, overcome your limitations and achieve new levels of competence, in virtually any area of your life. NLP techniques have been successfully applied in a wide number of contexts, such as business, education, mental health, medicine, sports and communication. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) began as a model of how we communicate with ourselves and others. This model of communication explains how we process the information that comes into us from the outside. The belief is that “The map is not the territory.” NLP represents a way of looking at human learning. It can be described as an educational process. Basi
