Nitric Oxide is a simple molecule consisting of two atoms, nitrogen and oxygen, produced by a process known as Nitric Oxide Synthase (NOS) – a gas made by our blood vessels that causes vasodilation (blood vessel relaxation and widening) for greater flow of blood, nutrients, amino acids and oxygen delivery throughout the body and into the cells.*1
