What is nightlife like in Liverpool or Nottingham?
Liverpool every time. It’s a great city, much safer than Nottingham, and well worth a visit, and there’s a National Express coach with cheap fares about every hour or two from Leeds to Liverpool Norton Street, about 5 minutes walk from Lime Street Station….I see them almost every time I’m there, waiting for the London coach or arriving on one. The night-life is brill, there’s loads to see in the daytime, and you’ll be hard put to find a friendlier city anywhere in UK…no offence to Leeds, which is an awful lot better than some people describe it, just like Liverpool gets bad press from people who have never been.
