What is NIE?
NIE stands for Newspapers In Education. Newspapers are part of the real world, NIE helps students learn what happening in their world and community by providing newspapers for Eastern Iowa Schools to use in their classrooms. NIE promotes literacy and education by giving students the most up-to-date textbook there is! Through NIE, students develop into future readers who can use the newspaper to enrich their lives and participate responsibly in their community, state and nation. Click here to go back to the top.
NIE is Newspapers in Education. The Albuquerque Journal works with numerous schools to provide newspapers and other educational materials in the classroom.
