NFL Flag is the National Football League’s Official youth league for kids 5-14 year olds. The program is a community-based turn-key program that provides every community the opportunity to play in an organized NFL non-contact football league. Available nationwide and in all 32 NFL markets. Age Brackets Bracket A 5 years old to 6 years old Bracket B 7 years old to 8 years old Bracket C 9 years old to 11 years old Bracket D 12 years old to 14 years old Cut off date for all brackets is September 1st. For example: If you son turns 9 years old before September 1st, he is in Bracket C. If he turns 9 years old after September 1st, he is in Bracke B.
