Newalta’s Board of Trustees regularly reviews distributions in light of current financial performance and the future outlook. Newalta follows a conservative, responsible approach to its monthly cash distributions to unitholders. Newalta intends to maintain distributions at 18.5 cents per trust unit during 2008. We have the capital resources to fund our growth opportunities while remaining a mutual fund trust through 2008.
