What is net revenue and how is it calculated?
To calculate a players net revenue in the sportsbook, casino and racebook, we take the sum of gross revenue generated, wagers won/lost and then deduct from the total any money that was added to account as a winning freeplay or other incentives. The figure that remains in considered the players NGR (net generated revenue) on which commissions are based. To calculate a players net revenue for poker, we take the sum of gross revenue generated to all “rakes” and then deduct any associated “costs”.
