What is Nests return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are at the discretion of the designer with whom you purchased. Please contact them if you have a question regarding a return or an exchange. Please note, however, that Nest’s return policy is as follows. As a non-profit, Nest considers your purchases to be donations. Therefore, we process exchanges only, no returns, and only within 30 days from the shipping date. Clothing and home merchandise must be unworn or unused. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges of the new item(s), as well as the return shipping charges of the existing order. If the item was damaged or incorrect, Nest will gladly replace it.
