What is Nepal country known for?
Nepal has the birth place of Lord Buddha at Lumbini, which is located at the lower part of Nepal known as Terai, near the Indian border of Raxaul. Nepal also has the birth place of Hindu Lord Sita, located at Janakpur also at Terai region. Nepal is also known by the world as having the highest summit Mount Everest, which is 8848 meter tall.
