What is Neon Genesis Evangelion?
Neon Genesis Evangelion is a cartoon,that is on SBS every Monday night,9:30 till 10:30. They Show two eps of the show during that hour. The show runs for about 25 minutes. The cartoon is based in the future with huge robots that are called Evangelions or Eva for short. They are to protect us humans. The Eva’s are controled by children.There are three children that piolt the three Evangelion’s; Rei thats the chick in this box here,she piolts Unit 00.Unit 00 is normally only used for tests.Shinji,he is the piolt of Unit 01,Unit 01 is in battle most of the time, and last of all there is Auska,she piolts Unit 02. You will see a the children here.They are those pics there,it starts with Rei,Shinji and then Auska.I have also put in the pics of all the evas.The pics of the evas for from 00-02.
Neon Genesis Evangelion is an anime series by Studio Gainax which follows the progress of a group of children chosen to pilot mankind’s defence against the threat from the Angels. They are part of an organisation called NERV which is ostensibly dedicated to the defeat of these Angels. As the plot thickens it becomes apparent that that is not all that NERV has in mind. There are obviously two agendas in operation that of NERV and Gendou Ikari and that of his supposed superiors the moguls of the SEELE organisation. The plot revolves around the machinations of these two organisations and their reactions to the angel attacks through their joint tools the Evangelion Units 00, 01 and 02. There are 26 TV episodes and three theatrical movies (Evangelion: Death & Rebirth, The End Of Evangelion And Revival Of Evangelion). There are not going to be new episodes – rumours saying that there will be are unconfirmed and probably misinformed.

Neon Genesis Evangelion (Shinseiki Evangelion) became a major hit in japan and was soon released on video in europe and the united states. The controversial story found many friends and enemys and its success was just a matter of time. The use of many religious symbols (both christian and jewish) in this anime made it even more controversial (at least for those people who care). The Story: In the year 2000 a small asteroid crashed into the arctic region. The collision had catastrophic consequences for humankind.
