What is needed to take online classes at LVS?
• You should have the most recent version browser that you are using (ie, Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera, Safari). Visit your browsers home page to verify you have the most current version. • Most classes have lessons available in PDF format (Portable Document Format), a printer friendly publication. Most computers have the Adobe Acrobat Plug-In pre-installed. To make it easier for the student to obtain these files and to save on download time, these files are available in zip format. You will need a compression utility to unzip these files.
