The property should be prepped, pampered, and clean, as it should be for any showing. Any room preparations you want should be completed before the appointment time. How long will it take the photographer to complete the session? It will take approximately 20-40 minutes to shoot a residential property this also depends upon how many scenes are taken. The home should be ready to shoot as soon as the photographer arrives. Unique properties may require additional time. Are there any security issues that need to be addressed with the seller? This should be worked out prior to the appointment time with the Photographer. If possible, the photographer will avoid portraits, electronic equipment, etc.; however, any personal items of concern or valuables of concern should be removed. What is needed to cancel an appointment and are there any fees associated with this? There is no charge if an appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.
