how the DB works – looking at DB theory we know that Tables are used to store information, Forms to input, edit and display individual records (with subforms displaying many related records), Queries being used to sort, search for subsets of records and to calculate statistics (using either the totals row or the expression builder), Reports being used to neatly display records and finally minor bits and peices like macros and modules and switchboards etc… in your UG section, you really have to write about what makes up your DB (that is to say, the job of each part, and therefore you will have written about how it works as a whole.) and inadvertently you will have written about how it calculates!

What is your question?
