The LDAP/AD server needs to be made accessible by the Studywiz server. Once this is done, please contact Studywiz Support to begin the LDAP authentication set-up process. (Note that the LDAP/AD server is used only for authentication of existing Studywiz accounts. Studywiz accounts cannot be created automatically from the LDAP/AD information.
