The producer is strongly encouraged to change his/her address for free online at www.nipr.com or the producer may either complete a change in address form (www.mid.state.ms.us “Licensing” “Customer Services and Fees” or write a letter requesting a change in address. This needs to be signed and dated with your license # and may be faxed to (601)359-1951 or mailed to P.O. Box 79, Jackson, MS 39205-0079. This request needs to come from the producer, not the company.
