Near continuous backup scheduling is a backup set feature where the files described by the backup set are backed up ever 1-2 hours when your machine is on. This is a great feature for sets where document generation and files updates are often and every 1 to 2 hour snapshots are highly valued. This is the only option available for Biz accounts.
