What is NC4s continuity of operations plan?
Like most application service providers, NC4 is potentially vulnerable to a variety of threats including those that are physical, cyber and terrorist in nature. NC4 mitigates these threats with a formal continuity of operations strategy. NC4 operates with multiple vendors for networking and systems services. Computer center operations and notification services are made with vendors with adequate levels of redundancy and resilience in their operations. The NC4 staff has the capability to operate NC4’s Incident Monitoring Centers remotely in distributed locations across the United States. These centers were designed and built to operate in a virtual manner, should it become necessary.
