NASCAR Plaza is a 19-story office tower that will be owned and developed by Lauth. The 390,000 square foot, Class-A office building will be fully integrated with the NASCAR Hall of Fame. A portion of NASCAR Plaza will be leased by NASCAR Media Group, NASCAR Licensing, NASCAR Automotive Group and others. The remaining space will be leased by Lauth to racing and non-racing tenants. The Plaza will add more than 600 additional parking spaces to the overall complex. It is expected to contribute $1.2 million to the tax base.
