The National Aviation Reporting Center on Anomalous Phenomena is a non-profit, scientific organization dedicated to improving aviation safety related to unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) of all kinds. A secondary goal is to collect, analyze, and report our most reliable scientific findings to the scientific community for their continued study.
