MyTime is a web-based tool that centralizes the posting and requesting of open shifts at Mother Frances Hospital – Tyler. Each shift is posted with clearly defined skill requirements, and those staff members meeting the requirements will be able to view and request the shifts they are interested in working. Clinical Directors then make the final determination of who is scheduled for the shift based on the list of requesters and the needs on the unit.
