MyShift is an internet based scheduling program that centralizes the posting and awarding of open shifts hospital-wide. Shifts are posted with clearly defined skill requirements, and staff meeting the requirements are able to request shifts that they are interested in working. Essentially, it creates a marketplace where NMRH colleagues can shop for shifts that fit into their busy lives.
