What is my Voter Registration Certificate used for?
Present your voter registration certificate at the polling place on election day or during early voting. You will receive a new color coded certificate every two years (some time around mid November of odd numbered years). New voter registration certificates are issued between November 15th and December 5th on odd numbered years. First time voters are required to show voter certificate and picture id.
