Your user ID is actually your seven-digit barcode number from your library card. You will use this when accessing your account in the online catalog. Your PIN is the Personal Identification Number associated with your account. When you first open your account, the default PIN is the last four digits of your card number, but you may change this if you wish. If you have forgotten your PIN or have lost your card, you may contact us by phone for immediate help or via e-mail.
