What is my storage quota on the Exchange server?
For staff, the mailbox on the Exchange server will be 1000 Megabytes in size; for students 200 Megabytes. A notice will be sent when the mailbox is approaching its maximum size. After reaching the maximum size, the mailbox will allow a small amount of additional storage before it will no longer be able to send or receive email messages. Mail will be returned undelivered to the sender until the mailbox size is reduced. Reduce the size of the mailbox on the Exchange server by moving email messages to an Outlook Personal Folder (also known as a pst file). See also Use Auto Archive to back up or delete items.
