What is my special offer for Event tickets?

This can include a discount, no service fees, Preferred Seating locations or access to a sold out event. What if I cannot attend an event that I purchased on TicketsAtWork? We are unable to provide a refund or an exchange for unused tickets. Exactly like most ticketing systems, once an order is placed the purchase is confirmed and the customer is responsible for the purchase. All event ticket reservations are final. What is preferred seating? For many events, TicketsAtWork has the opportunity to reserve seats prior to the public on-sale. This allows us to provide you with excellent locations. While we cannot provide you an exact location prior to your purchase, we can assure you that when you see Preferred Seating next to an offer that you will receive better seats than are available to the general public.
