What is my size and why is wig size important?

To measure your head’s size, you need to add two measurements: • use a tape measure to measure your head’s circumference around the head behind the ears • measure from the front forehead hairline to the nape of the neck hairline (front to back)Most wigs have adjustable straps at the nape for adjusting them smaller or larger. If the wig you desire cannot be adjusted in this manner, then you must either select one in your correct size or have a wig professional make surgical adjustments to your wig. We do not recommend you attempt this yourself — it is not a matter of sewing skill — it is about understanding wig dimensions and mathematics. If a wig is still too loose, another option is a “comfy grip” which may prove to be the ideal solution.
