What is my role as a Group JCQ session facilitator?
A2: Your role is to guide employees through the process of completing a Group JCQ that accurately and completely reflects the classification being discussed as it is typically used in your agency/facility/work unit. You are responsible for guiding discussions in group sessions, gaining general group agreement, and moving the discussion through each section of the JCQ within established time constraints. The responses on the Group JCQ should reflect the work of the majority of employees in that classification.
