To be protected under MasterCard®’s Zero Liability Protection, your Harris personal checking account must be in good standing, you must exercise reasonable care in safeguarding your card, and you must not have reported two or more unauthorized events in the past 12 months. Zero Liability does not apply to PIN-based transactions not processed by MasterCard® or for certain commercial debit cards.
