What is my responsibility under MasterCard®s Zero Liability program?
To be protected under MasterCard®’s Zero Liability program, your checking account must be in good standing, you must exercise reasonable care in safeguarding your card, and you must not have reported two or more unauthorized events in the past 12 months. Zero Liability does not apply to commercial cards or PIN-based transactions not processed by MasterCard®.
